I just walked out of my first appointment there. Kim, the dental hygienist, was wonderful. She explained everything she was doing, made sure I was comfortable the entire time and was just overall sweet. Dr. Norris was really nice as well. He also took his time and explained everything that I needed done. He show me the pictures where the problems were and tell me what needed to be done. He took his time to make a care plan treatment for me then explain it to me and gave me a copy. Everybody, there was very nice and very professional. I would highly recommend Bell Tower Dental! This location is only one mile from my house, so I walk there this morning, which was also really cool that I can just walk to my dentist now. Healthy teeth and healthy exercise. There is substantial parking if walking is not you thing. It was easy to find, and I was greeted with a smile. They did not try to over sell me products, like some do. I'm glad to have found them. 🌻

The young gentleman doing the cleaning of my teeth was thorough, yet gentle. They clean your teeth with high powered water stream which I love. Definitely recommend. They take insurance but are not corporate!😊

Always a great experience at BTD. Marciel was gentle, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. Dr. Norris is always a pleasure to talk to—he truly listens and takes the time to address any concerns.

My first visit was wonderful! I hadn’t been to the dentist since high school and had a lot of anxiety going in, but my hygienist Kimberly made the experience so comfortable. She walked me through everything she was doing, was very gentle, and explained things in a way that really helped ease my nerves. The doctor was also very kind. I’m really grateful for such a positive experience!

10/10 recommend. If you’re like me, someone who hadn’t been to a dentist in nearly a decade due to fear and dislike of the dentist, then this is the place for you! I had to schedule an emergency appointment because I have a gnarly cavity and I was so scared but knew it had to be done. Immediately upon entering I relaxed as the waiting room didn’t look like a dentist office, but a calm space with good music. I waited not even 10 minutes before going to a room with a beautiful view courtesy of the room with a big window. Even though I heard drilling and walked past multiple occupied rooms, I was not scared and everything was quiet. I was offered comprehensive explanations on billing, finances, and everything. I asked the hygienist to see my cray and he sat with me for roughly 5 minutes showing and explaining what I was looking at. Great place! Great vibes! And I am no longer scared of the dentist. 10/10 will be returning.
